Pack Your Instrument
Carefully repack the bass in its original hardshell case or gig bag and shipping carton, ensuring all accessories and hangtags are included.
Ship to Spector
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking and insurance to send the package back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
